We at DexPixel invest a lot of time and resources into developing products that will help your stream’s appearance and production value. All of our products are digital downloads, which means you can enjoy them on any device, before you download, please review the contents of your purchase to avoid any future hassles, we want to create a positive experience for all users so it is important that you make the right choice.

 

If you already downloaded the product we are not  obligated to provide you with a refund due to the digital product’s nature

If the item is substantially similar to the description and preview and functions as it should, you are generally not required to provide a refund in cases like these:

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or assumptions not included in the product description.

1. you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it ( If you want just to test designs we offer animated/static free designs)
2. the item did not meet your expectations ( We offer previews of all assets that are included in the product, please read detailed info before the purchase)
3. you simply change your mind (We know sometimes it happens, but in this situation, we can’t accept as a valid reason for the refund)
4. you bought an item by mistake ( Mistakes happen, by purchasing this product you need to agree with the Term of Use and Privacy Policy)
5. you do not have sufficient knowledge to use the product ( Before streaming or purchasing the products we recommend watching Youtube tutorials read some articles that could help you understand more streaming and streaming platforms)
6. you can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise and recommend you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).
7. your computer is unable to handle the designs while you are streaming ( Before purchasing the products please run test streams, check out tutorials for your streaming setup and be sure that your PC can handle higher bitrate and game FPS)

In case the content is bugged, has any kind of problems, or does not include files that were described on the product page we can issue the refund, please provide all info about problems you are having with the product.

If you’re not happy with the product and wish to request a refund, refunds are always available when you don’t download the product or there are technical issues limiting you from using products.

Have in mind that if you run outdated programs and software that doesn’t support Animated files is not considered a technical issue, please be advised to check on your side if your program supports WebM or MOV formats.
