All products sold on dexpixel.com are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped. Digital files are delivered electronically immediately upon payment confirmation.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a licence to use the digital content for personal or commercial use as specified in the product listing.
  • Dexpixel Ltd retains all intellectual property rights in the digital content.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the files with third parties.
  • Unauthorised reproduction or redistribution of purchased files is a violation of these Terms and applicable copyright law.

5. EU Right of Withdrawal -- Digital Content

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673 and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.

However, this right does not apply to digital content where:

  • Delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, and
  • The consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

At Dexpixel Ltd, all digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you confirm via a mandatory checkbox at checkout that you request immediate delivery of the digital content and that you acknowledge you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

6. Closing Your Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@dexpixel.com. Dexpixel Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its discretion, with or without cause. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be marked inactive and deleted along with all associated data.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
