3. Refund Eligibility

Because digital products are immediately accessible after purchase and the right of withdrawal has been waived at checkout, all sales are final unless one of the following applies:

  • Defective or Corrupted Files: If the file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be downloaded properly, you may be eligible for a refund or a replacement file.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, we will refund one of the duplicate payments upon request.
  • Unresolvable Technical Issues: If a verified technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing or using the product, and we are unable to resolve it, a refund may be considered.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
