  • Your download link will be included in that email and also available in your order page on our website.
  • Downloads are typically available within minutes of payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Digital products are delivered instantly or within a few minutes of purchase, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. No waiting time applies.

If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

4. Download Access

  • You will receive multiple download attempts for each product purchased.
  • Download links are valid for a set period. If your link expires before you can access your file, contact us at info@dexpixel.com and we will reissue it.
  • It is your responsibility to save your files after downloading. We recommend storing a backup copy in a safe location such as cloud storage.

5. Failed or Missing Downloads

  • Download link not working or returning an error
  • File is corrupted or incomplete after download

6. No Physical Shipping

7. EU Customers -- Right of Withdrawal

In line with EU Directive 2023/2673 and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers are informed that:

  • Digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase.
  • By completing your purchase, you confirm at checkout that you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
